  1. Turn off AOD mode: Slide down the watch to enter the [Control Center] – click [\"Better] – [Watch Face & Home Screen] – [AOD], and turn off the AOD mode;<\/li>\n
  2. Reduce brightness: Slide down the watch to enter the [Control Center] – click [\"Better] – [Display & Brightness] to adjust the brightness;<\/li>\n
  3. Shorten the screen time: slide the watch down to enter the [Control Center] – click [\"Better] – select suitable time for illumination;<\/li>\n
