The Bluetooth connection frequently disconnected?
To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection, please follow these steps:
1.Keep the distance between the watch and the phone within 10 meters;
2.Keep away from obstructions and avoid wearing metal jewelry that can interfere with Bluetooth signals;
3.Ensure that the watch has sufficient battery to support Bluetooth;
4.Please close the app and restart Bluetooth when there is an abnormality in the phone’s Bluetooth;
5.Try to avoid the app running in the background, or it may automatically affect the system, causing Bluetooth to disconnect;
6.Check if the power-saving mode or mobile assistant of the phone will automatically turn off Bluetooth. If any of the above situations occur, Bluetooth needs to be reconnected.

1. Turn off AOD mode: Slide down the watch to enter the [Control Center] – click [] – [Watch Face & Home Screen] – [AOD], and turn off the AOD mode;
2. Reduce brightness: Slide down the watch to enter the [Control Center] – click [] – [Display & Brightness] to adjust the brightness;
3. Shorten the screen time: slide the watch down to enter the [Control Center] – click [] – select suitable time for illumination;
4. Turn off the 24-hour monitoring function: open the app and go to [Devices] – [Health Tracking] – Turn off the monitoring function that you don’t need;

A Team with thousand person, 15 Months’ Polishing with Care
To achieve the stability of both technology and functionality, Kieslect invested 1,000 people and spent 15 months finishing the research, and the R&D costs amounted to $375,000. Each function has been tested rigorously to detect and resolve bugs, ensuring the watch’s outstanding stability.

Comprehensive Compatibility Tests Ensured Seamless Connection
In addition, in terms of compatibility, at least 100 models have been released by each brand over the past five years globally. To ensure compatibility with these devices, Kieslect not only conducted comprehensive tests domestically but also dispatched overseas staff to test network and performance locally, ensuring that the Kieslect Actor operates seamlessly when connected to smartphones.

High-quality Materials, Affordable Prices.
As a product shouldered the mission of upgrading the brand, the Kieslect Actor features the top-tier chips and GPS from China. It is equipped with an LTPO display and ceramic bezel typically found in high-end models costing several thousand dollars, as well as CNC precision machining technology. Originally priced between $125 to $150, it had to be sold at a loss due to the sluggish market conditions in 2023 in order to make it affordable for customers.

Facing Budget Challenges, Sticking to LTPO
It is the first time that Kieslect has developed such a high-difficulty product, investing nearly a thousand R&D personnel. However, the number of bugs far exceeded expectations, necessitating a temporary expansion of the team by several hundred additional staff. Especially on the LTPO display, Kieslect has invested significantly from research to application. To reduce costs, the team considered switching to a standard AMOLED display but ultimately decided to persist, aiming to be the first brand at this price to feature an LTPO display and make a technological breakthrough.

The Final Decision, A New Breakthrough
From the end of 2023 to the beginning of 2024, Kieslect repeatedly considered giving up. Should we continue or terminate the project? Ultimately, Kieslect chose to persist because we believed that the birth of the Kieslect Actor would redefine the brand’s height. After countless efforts and adjustments, not only was Actor launched as scheduled, but it also created a whole new situation for Kieslect in terms of technology and brand power.

In a country of Asia, the Kieslect Actor, at a price close to $100, has sold over a thousand units within one week of its launch. Reviews from users indicated that the stylish design of the watch was the core motivation for their purchase.

In Morocco, Kieslect sparked a frenzy with a small-scale product launch campaign, resulting in an instant sell-out. Thousands of units were swept up in no time, demonstrating its strong appeal in the North African market.

In Egypt, the Kieslect Actor quickly climbed into the top ten sales on the Noon e-commerce platform without additional promotion efforts, but only a simple social media post.

In addition, an avid Garmin user from a Southeast Asian country, who is also a sports enthusiast, voluntarily provided feedback to Kieslect after trying the Kieslect Actor. He said that the Kieslect Actor performed better than Garmin in sleep monitoring and swimming data analysis. Such a statement was also echoed by several local athletes.

The Kieslect Actor experienced stockouts in just October, and its hot sales caught the team by surprise. This phenomenon further confirmed its strong allure in the global market and provided significant support for Kieslect’s international expansion in the future.

How Has Curved Display Evolved in Smartwatches?
As curved display technology matured on smartphones, smartwatches began adopting it. Samsung pioneered this with the Galaxy Gear S in 2014. Other brands followed: Amazfit released Amazfit X in 2019, OPPO launched the OPPO Watch with an AMOLED curved screen in 2020, and Huawei introduced the Watch 4 in 2023. As of 2024, aside from Kieslect’s third-generation square watch Ks 3, no other brands have adopted curved displays.
